Adult Medicaid beneficiaries who qualify for Medicaid based on income (and not based on health status like pregnancy or disability). People in this group do not qualify for any of the other Kentucky HEALTH eligibility group. Their household income is up to 138% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).

Adult Medicaid beneficiaries with one or more of the following:
Medicaid beneficiaries who are pregnant, or whose pregnancy has ended within the last 60 days, called the "postpartum period," may qualify as Pregnant Women.

Kentucky HEALTH beneficiaries who are under age 19 will be in the "Children" eligibility group. Their eligibility group will change on the first day of the month following their 19th birthday.
